Sirloin Tip Stir Fry
I love meals that don't have a recipe to follow, because then I get to be creative in the kitchen, and when the meal turns out awesome (which this one did), there is a great sense of satisfaction and accomplishment that accompanies your full belly. This recipe had quite a few ingredients and a little prep work, but the end result is definitely worth it.
What you need:
For the meat marinade:
1 pack Sirloin Beef Tips
1 tablespoon Dales Meat Seasoning Sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/2 tablespoon Montreal Steak Seasoning
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
salt and pepper to taste
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon lemon juice
For the vegetables:
1 zucchini, cut into chunks
1 yellow squash, cut into chunks
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 onion, diced
1 green bell pepper, sliced into strips
2 teaspoons garlic powder
2 teaspoons onion powder
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons pepper
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon Dales Meat Seasoning Sauce
2 tablespoons Olive Oil
1 bag boil-in-bag white rice
Mix all of your marinade ingredients together in a medium sized bowl and toss sirloin tips until fully covered. Set aside.
Prepare your vegetables (bell pepper, onion, garlic, zucchini and squash) and put in a medium sized skillet on medium high heat. Season with remaining ingredients and olive oil and cook for about 15 minutes.
Take a 2 quart pan, fill it with 1 1/2 quarts water, and boil your rice for 8-10 minutes.
Once the vegetables have cooked down some, add a splash of Dales and a splash of Soy Sauce and mix well.
Next, add your meat. For medium temperature, constantly mix around in vegetable mix for about 4 minutes and then take off heat and let rest.
Voila! You now have an easy Sirloin Veggie stir fry, which is healthy, filling, and delicious!
To plate, take your rice and put it in the center of your plate. Next, add your meat/veggie mix and you are now good to go! Enjoy!
