Grilled Mahi Mahi
2 pieces of Mahi Mahi, skin on
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 tablespoon butter
Score the fish diagonally. Season with garlic salt, pepper, and paprika evenly over the flesh side of the fish. Drizzle the lemon juice and olive oil over the fish, and let sit for about 10 minutes, to let the seasonings sink in. Place on the grill on a piece of tin foil for about 20 minutes, skin side down. Melt your butter on top of the fish while it is still on the grill. Once done, filet the flesh of the fish from the skin, and plate with your sides. Enjoy!
